The attendance fee for Voxxed Days Thessaloniki is paid for activities, events, and schedules detailed on this website
All tickets are subject to Greek VAT at 24% of the ticket price, which is charged to all attendees, including participants traveling from abroad, EU, and non-EU.
Participants will be required to provide a payment method when they register. Payment for tickets can be made via bank transfer or credit card. In all instances, a VAT invoice or receipt will be generated. Failure to pay on time may result in refusal of entry to the event.
Cancellation of your Voxxed Days Thessaloniki 2026 conference registration for any reason must be submitted in writing to our registration department via email at info@softconf.eu.
Super Early Birds and Early Birds are not refundable – Standard tickets can be refunded (minus a 25 EUR admin cost) if the notification is received by October 10th, 2026
No refunds will be made after October 10th, 2026.
However, you can transfer your ticket to another person until the 10th of November 2026. In that case, please contact us stating:
No credits are given for late notices or no-shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received before the conference. Conference organizers reserve the right to rescind any registration and, in that event, will return 100% of the registration fee. The organizer has the right to amend the program of activities and the schedule for organizational and other reasons. In the unlikely event that Voxxed Days Thessaloniki 2026 is canceled, ticket fees will be refunded. No other claims against the organizer are valid. If the organizer needed to delay the conference, registrations would remain valid.
All attendees, by completing a ticket purchase or having a ticket purchased by a third party on their behalf, agree to help encourage a safe and respectful atmosphere at Voxxed Days Thessaloniki and are bound by the Voxxed Days Thessaloniki Code of Conduct. Participants must refrain from engaging in any illegal activity and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during Voxxed Days Thessaloniki.
Participant data is collected by the organizer when the participant, or an authorized agent of a company purchasing the ticket on the participant’s behalf, completes the purchase of a ticket for Voxxed Days Thessaloniki. This data is securely stored by the organizer of Voxxed Days Thessaloniki and used to send updates about Voxxed Days Thessaloniki to participants and ticket purchasers via email. Emails providing general updates to participants about Voxxed Days Thessaloniki include links that allow participants to change their mailing preferences and unsubscribe from future updates.
Participants will be provided with a badge upon entering the Voxxed Days Thessaloniki conference. This badge serves as their entry to the venue and session rooms. For security reasons, participants must retain their badge at all times during their visit to the conference and may be asked by on-site staff to show it. Failure to present a valid badge may result in ejection from the venue. The badge will contain the participant’s name, title, company name, and QR code. The QR Code contains a unique user identification number, name, company, and email address. The participant agrees that by allowing any of the Voxxed Days Thessaloniki sponsors to scan the QR Code on their badge, their details can be shared with that specific sponsor, and the participant is opting in to receiving further communication from that sponsor. Attendees can allow other attendees to scan their badge, should they choose, with the scanning attendee then able to see the information in the QR code.
Participants further understand that photos and videos may be taken during Voxxed Days Thessalonik, and that they may be included. These photos and videos may be used on the Voxxed Days Thessaloniki website, the Voxxed website, and other related websites, social media, streaming websites (YouTube), and related publications. Participants agree that their image and voice may be included in such videos, movies, and recordings.
