Call For Papers

Our CFP will open beginning of May 2024 and ends at the end of the same month

Registrations

  • Registration will open in mid of may
  • Super Early Bird ticket (all days) = 100 Euro *
  • Early Bird ticket (all days) = 150 Euro *
  • Conference ticket (all days) = 200 Euro *

* + 24% VAT

NOTE : Make sure you use the Conference Center entrance and NOT the exhibition/fair entrance.

The different types of sessions – Speaker passes

Speakers receive a 2 days pass when one (or more) of the following session types are accepted:

  • Conference talks are 40 minutes and take place on Fri/Sat (*)
  • Deep Dive talks are in-depth presentations of 3 hours taking place on Fri/Sat (= 75m + 30m break + 75m) 
  • Hands-on Labs are 3 hours of hands-on sessions on Fri/Sat – Bring your own portable!
  • BOF sessions are 60 minutes long, scheduled in the evening, and are informal taking place on Fri/Sat (*)

Schedule

  • We serve breakfast from 8h30 onwards, complimentary for all attendees.
  • The Conference days start on Friday morning with a keynote at 10h00
  • Saturday evening join us for the event after-party.
  • The last Conference sessions end on Saturday around 18h00

Do I need to register for the sessions?

No, we use the first-come-first-served algorithm.

But I see this counter next to the title in the schedule.

That’s just an indication of how many attendees have favourited the talk.

Badge Pickup

Pickup your Conference badge on Thursday evening between 18h30 and 20h00 Or on Friday morning from 8h30 onwards. IMPORTANT NOTE : badges are strictly personal and can’t be shared.  When you “forget your badge” you’ll be asked to go back home and recover it.

Mobile App

Make sure to install our official Devoxx/Voxxed mobile app on Android or iOS. If you’ve favourited talks on our website then make sure to authenticate on the mobile apps using the same email.  This will allow you to sync your schedule!

Car Parking

There’s no free parking inside Helexpo areas. The best option, if you plan to use your car, is to park using the paid Helexpo Parkings or find a nearby open spot.
