Dimitra Karakosta was born and raised in Athens. She has many years of work experience as a Human Resources Management executive in large multinational companies. In August 2018, she joined PeopleCert family, initially as Head of Talent Acquisition and now as Vice President, People & Culture. Alongside her duties at PeopleCert, Dimitra is also an elected Board Member of the Greek People Management Association (GPMA). She is a graduate of the Department of International and European Economic Studies of the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the same University.
