UnVoxxed Hawaii is a free to attend event. We ask people to pay a $50 (USD) deposit, which is returned upon attendance. We will retain the deposit in the event that the person booking the ticket does not attend the event.

During the completion of their registration participants will be required to provide a means of payment for the deposit. Payment of ticket deposit can be completed online during the registration process, using a valid credit card,

Tickets cannot be cancelled and any deposit received will be retained by the organiser.

In the unlikely event that UnVoxxed Hawaii 2020 is cancelled, ticket deposit fees will be returned. No other claims against the organiser are valid. If the organiser needed to delay the conference, registrations will remain valid. 

All attendees, by completing a ticket reservation or having a ticket reserved by a third party on their behalf, agree that they will help to encourage a safe and respectful atmosphere at UnVoxxed Hawaii 2020 and be bound by the Code of Conduct. Participants must refrain from engaging in illegal activities of any kind, and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during UnVoxxed Hawaii.
