After long discussions and observations of the current situation in the country, we, with regret, have to announce the cancellation of the Voxxed Days Minsk conference in 2020.

There are several reasons of that: there is an ongoing quarantine in the vast majority of the countries in the world and the current uncertainty and instability in our lovely country. In the current situation, we cannot guarantee security for either the participants or the speakers.

Based on the above, we would like to offer the following options for how you can proceed with the purchased tickets:

Money refund (recommended)

• Individuals need to respond to this email within the next 30 calendar days and attach the previously received ticket (in a PDF file) which will indicate the name and QRCode of your ticket
• Legal entities will need to close contracts for the purchase of tickets or partner packages. Mailing of supplemental contracts for closing the main one we will make tomorrow

No refund

• We will donate money for tickets and partner packages that will not be claimed within 30 days to Belarus Solidarity Foundation (https://www.facebook.com/donate/759400044849707/)

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that Voxxed Days Minsk 2021 will take place. The final decision to hold Voxxed Days Minsk 2021 will be made within the next 6 months.

Dear Voxxed Days Minsk attendees and followers. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our attendees and your family, our speakers, staff and even unknown strangers which you can meet on your way back home are our highest priority, and we know that what makes Voxxed Days Minsk such a great event is the people who gather there.

Thus, after a significant escalation by the unfolding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak during recent weeks and declaration by W.H.O. that novel coronavirus outbreak is a pandemic we have made the obvious decision to postpone Voxxed Days Minsk 2020 (originally set for May 28-31) to instead be held on October 29 – November 1 2020.

We would like to thank all of the speakers, sponsors and partners who have already confirmed their availability for the event new dates. We will be spending the next months ensuring the event on October 29 – November 1 2020 is one to remember, and will keep you up to date with all the developments.

Please bear with us as we work with speakers over the coming days and weeks. Changes will be reflected on the website as soon as possible.

Dear friends, speakers, attendees, partners, we have got several emails and direct messages asking for the status of Voxxed Days Minsk 2020 so we decided to respond to given the concerns officially and publicly.

With all the recent news and everyday updates about the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as well as situation with lots of conferences cancelled, we wanted to assure everyone that we are still assuming that the Voxxed Days Minsk 2020 is scheduled for 28-31 May 2020 as announced before and we continue planning for yet another great conference.

The team is paying close attention to the local health authorities guidances and recommendations, as well as actively monitoring the recent status of COVID-19 developments.

We also planning to add additional safety measures during the event and support all our attendees with all the necessary guidance and recommendations.

Right now we don’t have any plans to cancel the event at this point.

While, it is a very unprecedented situation for whole world which is changing every day, we remain watchful but also focused on a preparation of the valuable event for the Belarus Developers community. We’ll be posting updates as the situation evolves.
