Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get to the venue?

The map and Contact details are listed within the contact information. You will also receive a confirmation email with location map.

What about accommodation?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the event fee. For corporate accommodation rate, please contact us directly.

What are you doing to support greater diversity in speakers and delegates?

We are working hard to be as inclusive as possible, see our Inclusivity page for details. Our Call for Papers is anonymous to try and ensure we select based on great content, not the person presenting it. We’re also working with the Women’s Tech Hub to try and eliminate any unconscious bias in our event design, website, call details, submission process, etc.

What payment types do you accept?

All payments are processed via Stripe in advance.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund.

What’s your Code of Conduct for speakers & delegates?

We are adopting the Devoxx Code of Conduct, which can be found here (with the one change that the contact person is as below).
