The attendance fee for Voxxed Days Banff 2019 is paid in relation to activities, events and schedules detailed HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tickets are subject to Canadian\u00a0GST\u00a0 at 5% of the ticket price, and is charged to all attendees.<\/p>\n

During the completion of their registration participants will be required to provide a means of payment. Payment for tickets can be completed online during the registration process, using a valid credit card.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be cancelled prior to August 15th, 2019. A cancellation charge of $65 per ticket will be levied. After August 15th, 2019, cancellation is not possible and full ticket fees, based on the participants purchase, will be retained by the organiser.<\/p>\n

The organiser has the right to make amendments to the program of activities and schedule for organisational and other reasons. In the unlikely event of Voxxed Days Banff 2015 being cancelled, ticket fees will be returned. No other claims against the organiser are valid. If the organiser needed to delay the conference, registrations will remain valid.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

All attendees, by completing a ticket purchase or having a ticket purchased by a third party on their behalf, agree that they will help to encourage a safe and respectful atmosphere at Voxxed Days Banff and be bound by the Code of Conduct.<\/a> Participants must refrain from engaging in illegal activities of any kind, and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during Voxxed Days Banff.<\/p>\n

Participants will be provided a badge when they first enter Voxxed Days Banff, which acts as their means of entry into the venue and session rooms. For security reasons participants\u00a0must retain\u00a0the badge\u00a0at all times during their visit to the conference, and may be requested\u00a0by onsite staff to show this. Failure to present\u00a0a valid badge may result in ejection from the venue. The badge will contain the participants name, company name, and\u00a0QR code, which contains information about them, namely Name, Company & Email Address.<\/p>\n

Participants further\u00a0understand that photos and movies\u00a0may be\u00a0taken during Voxxed Days Banff which may include them. These photos and videos may be used on the Voxxed Days Banff website, Voxxed website\u00a0and other related websites, social media, streaming websites and related\u00a0publications. Participants agree that their image and voice may be included on such videos, movies and recordings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
